Zarząd Cyfrowego Polsatu S.A. („Spółka”) informuje o zmianie terminu publikacji jednostkowego raportu rocznego oraz skonsolidowanego raportu rocznego Spółki za rok obrotowy zakończony 31 grudnia 2025 roku. Nowy termin publikacji ww. raportów został wyznaczony na dzień 29 kwietnia 2026 roku.

Pozostałe terminy przekazywania raportów okresowych w 2026 nie ulegają zmianie.

Subject: Change of the publication date of the annual report and consolidated annual report for the financial year 2025

The Management Board of Cyfrowy Polsat S.A. (the “Company”) informs about a change in the publication date of the standalone annual report and the consolidated annual report of the Company for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. The new publication date of these reports has been scheduled for 29 April 2026.

All other dates for the publication of periodic reports in 2026 remain unchanged.
