| Zarząd Vivid Games S.A. (dalej jako: „Emitent”, „Spółka”) niniejszym informuje o zawarciu w dniu 30 marca 2026 roku umowy z Yabai.games Sp. z o.o. z siedzibą w Warszawie (dalej jako: “Yabai.games”) w zakresie portingu i dystrybucji gry Eroblast w wersji na konsole Sony Playstation i Microsoft Xbox (dalej jako: „Umowa”). Na podstawie zawartej umowy Yabai.games przygotuje na własny koszt port gry Eroblast i skieruje go do certyfikacji w terminie 12 miesięcy od dnia przekazania przez Emitenta kodu gry. Sposób rozliczenia prowizji z dystrybucji gry nie będzie odbiegał od standardów rynkowych. | ||||||||||||

| The Management Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter referred to as: “the Issuer,” “the Company”) hereby announces that on March 30, 2026, it entered into an agreement with Yabai.games Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as: “Yabai.games”) regarding the porting and distribution of the game Eroblast for Sony PlayStation and Microsoft Xbox consoles (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”). Under the terms of the Agreement, Yabai.games will prepare a port of the Eroblast game at its own expense and submit it for certification within 12 months of the Issuer providing the game code. The method of calculating the distribution commission will be in line with market standards.
