| W nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 10/2026 z dnia 11 marca br. w sprawie wyników testów na utratę wartości aktywów trwałych Grupy Energa ("Grupa") przeprowadzonych wg stanu na dzień 31 grudnia 2025 roku zgodnie z MSR 36, Zarząd Energa SA informuje, że w dniu 27 marca 2026 roku powziął informację o konieczności zmiany sposobu kalkulacji odpisów z tytułu utraty wartości ww. aktywów, co wpływa na zmianę wysokości odpisów o łączną kwotę ok. 0,25 mld zł. Powyższa zmiana odpisów dotyczy aktywów OZE w obszarze wytwarzania energii elektrycznej. Konieczność tej zmiany została zidentyfikowana podczas prac nad skonsolidowanym sprawozdaniem finansowym za 2025 rok, w ramach badania tego sprawozdania przez audytora. W toku analiz dokonano zmniejszenia odpisu wskazanego w raporcie bieżących nr 10/2026 o 25 mln zł. Ponadto, w wyniku przeprowadzonej analizy Spółka dokonała odwrócenia odpisu aktualizującego w kwocie 220 mln zł, z uwagi na dokonaną reorganizację biznesową w Energa Wytwarzanie oraz rozpoznanie nowego CGU w postaci wirtualnej elektrowni obejmującej jednostki wodne, wiatrowe i fotowoltaiczne. W związku z powyższym obecnie szacowana całkowita kwota odpisów aktualizujących wartość aktywów trwałych Grupy Energa wynosi ok. 120 mln zł oraz 220 mln zł odwrócenia wartości odpisów. Zmiana wielkości odpisów ma charakter niegotówkowy i nie wpływa na bieżące przepływy pieniężne Spółki. Ostateczne wyniki testów i wartość odpisów aktualizujących zostaną przedstawione w skonsolidowanym sprawozdaniu finansowym Grupy Energa za 2025 rok. | ||||||||||||

| Current Report No. 11/2026 Date: 12 March 2026 Subject: Issuance of an administrative decision by the ERO President regarding the Price Difference Fund Legal basis: Article 17 (1) of MAR – inside information Current Report No. 12/2026 Date: 27 March 2026 Subject: Update on the impairment test results Legal basis: Article 17 (1) of MAR – inside information In reference to Current Report No. 10/2026 dated 11 March of this year concerning the results of impairment tests of the Energa Group’s (“Group”) non‑current assets performed as at 31 December 2025 in accordance with IAS 36, the Management Board of Energa SA informs that on 27 March 2026 it received information regarding the necessity to change the method of calculating impairment charges for the aforementioned assets, which affects the amount of total impairment charges by approximately PLN 0.25 billion. This adjustment relates to renewable energy (RES) assets in the electricity generation segment. The need for this change was identified during the preparation of the consolidated financial statements for 2025, as part of the audit of these statements by the auditor. During the analyses, the impairment charge disclosed in Current Report No. 10/2026 was reduced by PLN 25 million. In addition, as a result of the analysis, the Company reversed an impairment charge of PLN 220 million due to a business reorganization within Energa Generation and the recognition of a new CGU in the form of a virtual power plant comprising hydro, wind, and photovoltaic units. As a result, the currently estimated total amount of impairment charges on the Energa Group’s non‑current assets is approximately PLN 120 million, along with PLN 220 million of impairment reversals. The change in the level of impairment charges is non‑cash in nature and does not affect the Company’s current cash flows. The final results of the tests and the amount of impairment charges will be presented in the Energa Group’s consolidated financial statements for 2025. | |||
