[„Spółka”], w nawiązaniu do raportów bieżących nr 10/2018 oraz 42/2022, mając na uwadze strategiczny charakter współpracy pomiędzy Spółką, a ArcelorMittal Poland S.A. z siedzibą w Dąbrowie Górniczej, informuje iż uzgodnione zostały szczegółowe warunki współpracy oraz struktury jakościowo-ilościowe w zakresie sprzedaży węgla koksowego na 2026 rok i w dniu 13 marca 2026 r. strony zawarły umowę roczną, której szacowana wartość na 2026 rok wynosi 2,1 mld PLN.

In reference to Current Reports No. 10/2018 and 42/2022, the Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. [“Company”], having regard for the strategic nature of the Company’s cooperation with ArcelorMittal Poland S.A. with its registered office in Dąbrowa Górnicza, hereby reports that the detailed terms of business and the quality and quantity mix regarding the sale of coking coal for 2026 have been agreed upon and on 13 March 2026 the parties entered into an annual agreement with an estimated 2026 value of PLN 2.1 billion.

Legal basis: Article 17(1) of Regulation [EU] No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on Market Abuse and Repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC.
