| Zarząd Jastrzębskiej Spółki Węglowej S.A. ["Spółka", „JSW”] w nawiązaniu do raportów bieżących nr 32/2025, 49/2025 i 85/2025 informuje, iż w dniu dzisiejszym Spółka otrzymała zawiadomienie Zakładu Ubezpieczeń Społecznych [„ZUS”] o wyrażeniu zgody na przekształcenie umów o odroczenie terminów płatności składek na ubezpieczenia społeczne, zdrowotne, Fundusz Pracy, Fundusz Gwarantowanych Świadczeń Pracowniczych i Fundusz Emerytur Pomostowych za okres od maja 2025 r. do października 2025 r. i rozłożenie należności objętych tymi umowami na raty. Należności zostaną rozłożone na 11 rat okresowego układu ratalnego, które przedstawiają się następująco: a] 4 raty w miesięcznej wysokości po 10 mln zł, płatne od marca do czerwca 2026 r. b] 6 rat w miesięcznej wysokości po 27 mln zł, płatne od lipca do grudnia 2026 r. c] rata 11 płatna w styczniu 2027 r., będzie podlegała dalszej negocjacji. Do rat zostanie doliczona opłata prolongacyjna. Spółka zamierza zawrzeć umowę o rozłożenie na raty należności z tytułu składek w brzmieniu zaproponowanym przez ZUS. | ||||||||||||

| Subject: Notification from the ZUS Social Insurance Institution regarding consent to split into installments the amounts due for payment for social security, health insurance, the Labor Fund (FP), the Guaranteed Employee Benefits Fund (FGŚP) and the Bridge Pension Fund (FEP) contributions Body of the report: With reference to Current Reports Nos. 32/2025, 49/2025 and 85/2025, the Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. ["Company", "JSW”] hereby reports that today the Company received a notification from the ZUS Social Insurance Institution ["ZUS"] regarding its consent to transform the agreements for the deferral of the deadlines to pay contributions for social security, health insurance, the Labor Fund, the Guaranteed Employee Benefits Fund and the Bridge Pension Fund for the period from May 2025 to October 2025 and split into installments the amounts due covered by these agreements. The amounts due will be spread into 11 installments under a periodic installment plan, which are presented as follows: a] 4 installments in the monthly amount of PLN 10 million each, payable from March to June 2026. b] 6 installments in the monthly amount of PLN 27 million each, payable from July to December 2026. c] the 11th installment payable in January 2027 will be subject to further negotiation. A prolongation fee will be assessed on these installments. The Company intends to enter into an agreement to split into installments the amounts due for these contributions according to the wording proposed by the ZUS Social Insurance Institution.
