Zarząd Energa SA („Spółka”) przekazuje daty publikacji raportów okresowych Grupy Kapitałowej Energa w 2026 roku: 1. Skonsolidowane raporty kwartalne: - Raport kwartalny za I kwartał 2026 roku – 21 maja 2026 roku, - Raport kwartalny za III kwartał 2026 roku – 19 listopada 2026 roku. 2. Skonsolidowany raport półroczny za pierwsze półrocze 2026 roku, zawierający półroczne, skrócone, jednostkowe sprawozdanie finansowe – 6 sierpnia 2026 roku. 3. Raporty roczne: - Jednostkowy raport roczny za 2025 rok – 16 kwietnia 2026 roku, - Skonsolidowany raport roczny za 2025 rok – 16 kwietnia 2026 roku. Jednocześnie Spółka oświadcza, że zgodnie z § 63 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 6 czerwca 2025 roku w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim („Rozporządzenie"), nie będzie publikować odrębnych jednostkowych raportów kwartalnych. Skonsolidowane raporty kwartalne Grupy Kapitałowej Energa będą zawierały kwartalne skrócone skonsolidowane sprawozdanie finansowe oraz kwartalne informacje finansowe Spółki. Ponadto Spółka informuje, że zgodnie z § 83 ust. 2 Rozporządzenia, nie będzie publikować skonsolidowanych raportów kwartalnych za IV kwartał 2025 roku oraz za II kwartał 2026 roku. Spółka nie będzie publikować również odrębnego jednostkowego raportu półrocznego za pierwsze półrocze 2026 roku, zgodnie z § 63 ust. 3 Rozporządzenia. | Current Report No. 03/2026 Date: 30 January 2026 Subject: Dates of publication of periodic reports in 2026 Legal basis: Art. 56 section 1 point 2 of the Act on Offering – current and periodic information The Management Board of Energa SA ("Company") announces the publication dates of Energa Capital Group’s periodic reports in 2026: 1. Consolidated quarterly reports: - Quarterly report for the first quarter of 2026 – 21 May 2026, - Quarterly report for the third quarter of 2026 – 19 November 2026. 2. The consolidated half-year report for the first half of 2026 containing the Company's condensed half-year standalone financial statements – 6 August 2026. 3. Annual reports: - Standalone annual report for 2025 – 16 April 2026, At the same time the Company announces that, pursuant to § 63 section 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 6 June 25 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state (“Regulation”), it will not publish separate standalone quarterly reports. Consolidated quarterly reports of the Energa Capital Group will include condensed consolidated quarterly financial statements and quarterly financial information of the Company. Moreover, the Company informs that, pursuant to § 83 section 2 of the Regulation, it will not publish consolidated quarterly reports for the fourth quarter of 2025 and the second quarter of 2026. The Company will not publish a separate standalone half-year report for the first half of 2026, pursuant to § 63 section 3 of the Regulation, either. | |||
