| Huuuge, Inc. („Emitent”) podaje do publicznej wiadomości terminy publikacji raportów okresowych w 2026 roku: Jednostkowy i skonsolidowany raport roczny za rok 2025 – 20 marca 2026 r. Skonsolidowany raport kwartalny za I kwartał 2026 r. – 28 maja 2026 r. Skonsolidowany raport półroczny za I półrocze 2026 r. – 16 września 2026 r. Skonsolidowany raport kwartalny za III kwartał 2026 r. – 24 listopada 2026 r. Jednocześnie Emitent informuje, że zgodnie z § 83 ust. 2 rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 6 czerwca 2025 r. w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim („Rozporządzenie”), Emitent nie będzie publikować raportów kwartalnych za IV kwartał 2025 roku oraz za II kwartał 2026 roku. Ponadto zgodnie z § 63 ust. 1 i 3 Rozporządzenia Spółka informuje, że w raportach skonsolidowanych kwartalnych i półrocznym zawarte będą odpowiednio kwartalne i półroczne skrócone jednostkowe sprawozdania finansowe. Tym samym Spółka nie będzie przekazywać odrębnych jednostkowych raportów kwartalnych oraz odrębnego jednostkowego raportu półrocznego. | ||||||||||||

| Current Report No. 4/2026 January 14, 2026 Dates of publication of periodic reports in the financial year 2026 Huuuge, Inc. (the “Issuer”), hereby announces the dates of publication of periodic reports in the financial year 2026: The annual report and consolidated annual report for the year 2025 - March 20, 2026 The consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2026 - May 28, 2026 The consolidated half-year report for the first half of 2026 - September 16, 2026 The consolidated quarterly report for the third quarter of 2026 - November 24, 2026 At the same time, the Issuer announces that in accordance with article 83 section 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated June 6, 2025, on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (the “Regulation”), the Company will not publish quarterly reports for the fourth quarter of 2025 and for the second quarter of 2026. In accordance with article 63 sections 1 and 3 of the Regulation, the Issuer informs that the consolidated quarterly and semi-annual reports will include quarterly and semi-annual condensed standalone financial statements, respectively. Thus, the Issuer will not publish separate standalone quarterly reports and a separate standalone semi-annual report.
