| Zarząd Enea S.A. ("Spółka", "Emitent") działając zgodnie z § 84 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 6 czerwca 2025 r. w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych [...] ("Rozporządzenie"), podaje terminy przekazywania do publicznej wiadomości raportów okresowych w 2026 r. Skonsolidowane rozszerzone raporty kwartalne, zawierające jednostkowe kwartalne sprawozdania finansowe: QSr za I kwartał 2026 r. - 20 maja 2026 r. QSr za III kwartał 2026 r. - 18 listopada 2026 r. Skonsolidowany rozszerzony raport półroczny, zawierający skrócone jednostkowe półroczne sprawozdanie finansowe: PSr za I półrocze 2026 r. - 9 września 2026 r. Raport roczny: R - raport jednostkowy roczny za 2025 r. - 13 kwietnia 2026 r. RS - raport skonsolidowany roczny za 2025 r. - 13 kwietnia 2026 r. Jednocześnie Emitent oświadcza o zamiarze kontynuacji przekazywania rozszerzonych skonsolidowanych raportów kwartalnych zawierających skrócone kwartalne sprawozdanie finansowe, o którym mowa w § 63 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia oraz rozszerzonego skonsolidowanego raportu półrocznego zawierającego skrócone półroczne sprawozdanie finansowe, o którym mowa w § 63 ust. 3 Rozporządzenia. Emitent informuje, że działając odpowiednio zgodnie z § 83 ust. 2 Rozporządzenia, Spółka nie będzie przekazywała rozszerzonych skonsolidowanych raportów kwartalnych za IV kwartał 2025 r. oraz II kwartał 2026 r. Ponadto Emitent informuje, iż skonsolidowane sprawozdanie z płatności na rzecz administracji publicznej, o którym mowa w § 62 ust. 4 Rozporządzenia zostanie przekazane wraz ze skonsolidowanym raportem rocznym tj. w dniu 13 kwietnia 2026 r. | ||||||||||||

Consolidated extended quarterly reports containing standalone quarterly financial statements: QConsdExtd for Q1 2026: 20 May 2026 QConsdExtd for Q3 2026: 18 November 2026 Consolidated extended half-year report containing condensed standalone half-year financial statements: HConsdExtd for H1 2026: 9 September 2026 Annual report: Y – standalone annual report for 2025: 13 April 2026 YConsd – consolidated annual report for 2025: 13 April 2026 At the same time, the Issuer hereby declares its intention to continue the publication of extended consolidated quarterly reports containing condensed quarterly financial statements, as referred to in § 63 sec. 1 of the Regulation, and an extended consolidated half-year report containing condensed half-year financial statements, as referred to in § 63 sec. 3 of the Regulation.
