| Zarząd BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. („Bank”) przekazuje do publicznej wiadomości harmonogram publikacji raportów okresowych w roku obrotowym 2026 oraz raportów rocznych dotyczących tego roku: 1. Raporty roczne 2025 - Jednostkowy raport roczny za rok 2025 – 5 marca 2026 r. - Skonsolidowany raport roczny za rok 2025 – 5 marca 2026 r. 2. Raporty kwartalne 2026 - Skonsolidowany raport za I kwartał 2026 r. – 7 maja 2026 r. - Skonsolidowany raport za III kwartał 2026 r. – 5 listopada 2026 r. 3. Raport półroczny 2026 - Skonsolidowany raport za I półrocze 2026 r. – 12 sierpnia 2026 r. 4. Raporty roczne 2026 - Jednostkowy raport roczny za rok 2026 – 4 marca 2027 r. - Skonsolidowany raport roczny za rok 2026 – 4 marca 2027 r. Jednocześnie Bank informuje, że wybrane niezaudytowane dane finansowe za IV kwartał 2025 r. zostaną przekazane do publicznej wiadomości 10 lutego 2026 r. w formie raportu bieżącego. Jednocześnie Zarząd Banku informuje, iż działając na podstawie § 83 ust. 2 Rozporządzenia z dnia 6 czerwca 2025 r. w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim („Rozporządzenie”), Bank odstępuje od publikacji jednostkowych i skonsolidowanych raportów okresowych za IV kwartał 2025 r. oraz za II i IV kwartał 2026 r. Zgodnie z § 63 ust. 1 i ust. 3 Rozporządzenia, Zarząd Banku oświadcza, że w roku 2026 skonsolidowane raporty kwartalne będą zawierać jednostkowe kwartalne informacje finansowe, a skonsolidowany raport półroczny będzie zawierać półroczne skrócone jednostkowe sprawozdanie finansowe. Podstawa prawna § 84 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 6 czerwca 2025 r. w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim (Dz.U. poz. 755). | ||||||||||||

| Schedule of periodical reports disclosure by BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. in 2026 current report no. 3/2026 date: 9 January 2026 The Management Board of BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. (“the Bank”) hereby announces the scheduled dates of disclosing periodical reports in 2026 as well as annual reports related to this year: 1. Annual reports 2025 - Stand-alone annual report for 2025 – 5 March 2026 - Consolidated annual report for 2025 – 5 March 2026 2. Quarterly reports 2026 - Consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2026 – 7 May 2026 - Consolidated quarterly report for the third quarter of 2026 – 5 November 2026 3. Semi-annual report 2026 - Consolidated report for the first half of 2026 – 12 August 2026 4. Annual reports 2026 - Stand-alone annual report for 2026 – 4 March 2027 - Consolidated annual report for 2026 – 4 March 2027 At the same time, the Bank communicates that the selected non-audited financial data for the fourth quarter of 2025 will be disclosed to the public on 10 February 2026 as a current report. Simultaneously, the Management Board of the Bank, acting pursuant to Article 83 item 2 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance dated 6 June 2025 on the current and periodic reports disclosed by the securities issuers and on equivalence of information disclosures required by law of non-EU member states (“the Ordinance”), has refrained from disclosing of the stand-alone and the consolidated quarterly reports for the fourth quarter of 2025, the second quarter of 2026 and the fourth quarter of 2026. Pursuant to Article 63 items 1 and 3 of the Ordinance, the Management Board of the Bank declares that in 20256 the consolidated quarterly reports will include the stand-alone quarterly financial statements and the consolidated semi-annual report will include the abbreviated semi-annual stand-alone financial statements. Legal basis § 84 items 1 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance dated June 6, 2025 on the current and periodic reports disclosed by the securities issuers and on equivalence of information disclosures required by law of non-EU member states (Journal of Laws No. item 755). | |||
