Zarząd Jastrzębskiej Spółki Węglowej S.A. ["Spółka", „JSW”] informuje, iż w dniu dzisiejszym Spółka otrzymała zawiadomienie Zakładu Ubezpieczeń Społecznych [„ZUS”] o pozytywnym rozpatrzeniu kolejnego wniosku w sprawie odroczenia terminu płatności składek na ubezpieczenia społeczne, zdrowotne, FP, FGŚP i FEP. ZUS uzasadniając, że Spółka podjęła liczne działania zmierzające do poprawy sytuacji finansowej oraz płynności finansowej, które zapewnią środki na uregulowanie składek w odroczonym terminie płatności, wyraził zgodę na odroczenie terminu płatności składek za okres: - 08.2025 r. do 16.03.2026 r., - 09.2025 r. do 16.04.2026 r., - 10.2025 r. do 18.05.2026 r. co do 80% ich wysokości. Pozostałe 20 % należy uregulować w ustawowym terminie. Szacowana miesięczna kwota składek należnych ZUS waha się pomiędzy 120, a 130 mln PLN. Ponadto, Zarząd JSW informuje, że w dniu 26 sierpnia 2025 r. opóźnił podanie do publicznej wiadomości informacji poufnej, dotyczącej odpowiedzi ZUS na wniosek Spółki złożony w dniu 1 sierpnia 2025 r. w sprawie odroczenia terminu płatności składek za miesiące: sierpień 2025, wrzesień 2025 i październik 2025, do czasu wyczerpania procedur odwoławczych. | ||||||||||||

| Subject: Notification from the Social Insurance Institution that the application submitted by JSW S.A. for deferral of payment of social security, health insurance, FP, FGŚP and FEP contributions has been granted and publication of delayed confidential information Body of the report: The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. ["Company", "JSW"] hereby reports that today the Company received a notification from the Social Insurance Institution ["ZUS"] on the acceptance of another application for deferring the payment of social security, health insurance, FP, FGŚP and FEP contributions. Considering that the Company has taken numerous measures to improve its financial standing and liquidity, which will provide the means to pay the contributions on the deferred payment date, the Social Security Institution agreed to defer the payment of contributions for the periods: - from August 2025 to 16 March 2026, - from September 2025 to 16 April 2026, - from October 2025 to 18 May 2026, in 80% of their amount. The remaining 20% should be paid within the statutory deadline. The estimated monthly amount of the contributions due to ZUS ranges between PLN 120 million and PLN 130 million. In addition, the JSW Management Board reports that on 26 August 2025, it delayed the public disclosure of confidential information regarding ZUS’s response to the Company's application filed on 1 August 2025 to defer the payment of contributions for the months of August 2025, September 2025 and October 2025, pending the exhaustion of appeal procedures.
