| Zarząd Enea S.A. informuje, że 17 lipca 2025 roku, w wyniku aukcji dogrywkowej rynku mocy na rok dostaw 2029, zakontraktowanych zostało łącznie 2 024 MW obowiązku mocowego dla jednostek należących do Grupy Kapitałowej Enea („GK Enea”). Cena zamknięcia aukcji, która zakończyła się w rundzie 1. wyniosła 534,09 zł/kW/rok. Portfel umów mocowych GK Enea został uzupełniony o 2 024 MW, w tym dla jednostek nowych 1 218 MW w ramach kontraktów 17-letnich oraz 806 MW w ramach kontraktów 5-letnich. Obecnie GK Enea będzie posiadała łącznie 3 573 MW obowiązków mocowych na rok dostaw 2029. W całym okresie obowiązywania kontraktów dla jednostek nowych, czyli przez 17 lat, łączne przychody wyniosą co najmniej 11 057 mln zł, a dla jednostek modernizowanych, czyli przez 5 lat, łączne przychody wyniosą co najmniej 2 152 mln zł. Ostateczne wyniki aukcji mocy ogłasza Prezes Urzędu Regulacji Energetyki w Biuletynie Informacji Publicznej na swojej stronie internetowej, w pierwszym dniu roboczym następującym po 21. dniu od dnia zakończenia aukcji mocy. | ||||||||||||

Subject: Information on the outcome of the capacity market top-up auction for 2029 Legal Basis: Article 17(1) of the Market Abuse Regulation – inside information Body of the report: The Enea S.A. Management Board hereby reports that on 17 July 2025, in consequence of the capacity market top-up auction for the 2029 deliveries, a total of 2,024 MW of the capacity obligation was contracted for members of the Enea Group. The closing price of the auction, which was completed in the first round, was PLN 534.09 per kW per year. The Enea Group’s portfolio of capacity contracts was topped up by adding 2,024 MW, including 1,218 MW for new units under 17-year contracts and 806 MW under 5-year contracts. As a result, the Enea Group will have a total capacity obligation for the delivery year 2029 of 3,573 MW. Throughout the term of the contracts for new units, that is for a period of 17 years, total revenues will reach at least PLN 11,057 million, while for upgraded units, that is for a period of 5 years, total revenues will reach at least PLN 2,152 million. The final outcome of the capacity auction will be announced by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office in the authority’s Public Information Bulletin on the business day immediately following the 21st day after the completion of the capacity auction. | |||
