Treść raportu:
Zarząd Medicalgorithmics S.A. z siedzibą Warszawie („Spółka”) informuje, że w dniu 15 maja 2025 r. podjął uchwałę rekomendującą Zwyczajnemu Walnemu Zgromadzeniu Spółki pokrycie straty netto za rok obrotowy 2024 w wysokości 13 842 000 PLN w następujący sposób: strata w kwocie 13 842 000 PLN (trzynaście milionów osiemset czterdzieści dwa tysiące złotych) zostanie pokryta z zysków z lat przyszłych.
Ostateczną decyzję co do pokrycia straty za rok obrotowy 2024 podejmie Zwyczajne Walne Zgromadzenie Spółki.

The Management Board of Medicalgorithmics S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company”) announces that on May 15, 2025 it adopted a resolution recommending to the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company to cover the net loss for the financial year 2024 in the amount of PLN 13,842,000 as follows: the loss in the amount of PLN 13,842,000 (thirteen million eight hundred and forty-two thousand zlotys) will be covered from future years' profits.

The final decision on loss coverage for the 2024 financial year will be made by the Company's Ordinary General Meeting.
