| Zarząd XTPL S.A. [“Emitent”, “Spółka”, “XTPL”] informuje, że w dniu 6 maja 2024 r. Spółka potwierdziła zamówienie złożone przez Włoski Instytut Technologiczny (Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia) [„IIT”] na dostawę urządzenia Delta Printing System [“DPS”]. Delta Printing System wykorzystywany będzie przez naukowców z renomowanego IIT, w szczególności z Centrum Interfejsów Materiałowych, w którym prace badawcze skupione są na rozwoju, charakteryzacji oraz wykorzystaniu materiałów na poziomie nanometrycznym z uwzględnieniem sektorów rynkowych biomedycznych i nowych technologii. Przychody uzyskane z realizacji obecnego zamówienia urządzenia będą miały pozytywny wpływ na wyniki finansowe XTPL S.A. osiągnięte w 2024 r. Zarząd Emitenta uznał fakt sprzedaży urządzenia DPS na znaczący rynek za informację poufną, ponieważ jej realizacja może mieć istotny wpływ na przyszłą sytuację przychodową Emitenta, popularyzację rozwiązań technologicznych Spółki, a także na perspektywę postrzegania Emitenta przez inwestorów. Z przyczyn wyżej opisanych informacje przekazane w niniejszym raporcie bieżącym w opinii Zarządu Emitenta spełniają kryteria informacji poufnej w rozumieniu art. 7 ust. 1 MAR. | ||||||||||||

| Title: Sale of Delta Printing System equipment to the Italian Institute of Technology in Pisa. Legal basis: Article 17 (1) MAR - confidential information. Content of the Report: The Management Board of XTPL S.A. [“Issuer”, “Company”, “XTPL”] announces that on May 6, 2024, the Company confirmed an order placed by the Italian Institute of Technology (Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia) [“IIT”] for the delivery of a Delta Printing System [“DPS”] device. The Delta Printing System will be used by researchers at the renowned IIT, particularly at the Center for Material Interfaces, where research work is focused on the development, characterization and use of materials at the nanometer level with a focus on the biomedical and emerging technology market sectors. Revenues generated from the current device order will have a positive impact on XTPL S.A.'s financial results achieved in 2024. The Issuer's Management Board considered the sale of the DPS device to a significant market to be confidential information, as its realization may have a significant impact on the Issuer's future revenue situation, the popularization of the Company's technological solutions, as well as the perspective of investors' perception of the Issuer. For the reasons described above, the information provided in this current report, in the opinion of the Issuer's Management Board, meets the criteria for confidential information within the meaning of Article 7(1) of MAR. | |||
