The Management Board of IPF Investments Polska Sp. z o. o. (IPF IP), hereby announces that on 19 April 2011 International Personal Finance plc, the sole shareholder of IPF IP and the guarantor of bonds issued by IPF IP and listed on the ASO BondSpot, made an announcement on the London Stock Exchange.

The aforementioned announcement, which is attached to this current report, informs, among other things, on:
-the performance and financial position of the IPF Group for the period from the beginning of the year 2011 up to date; and
-the details of conference calls for analysts and investors, scheduled for 19 April 2011.

The quarterly figures presented in the announcement are unaudited.
