| IPF Investments Polska Sp. z o.o. (the “Company”) informs that it acquired 906 of series B bonds (the “Bonds”), ISIN PLIPFIP00025, each with a nominal value of PLN 100,000, issued by the Company on 1 October 2010 and listed on the Alternative Trading System organised by BondSpot S.A. The Company acquired the Bonds in order to redeem them; the acquired Bonds will be redeemed in accordance with applicable provisions of law and regulations.
