| Zarząd Aforti Holding S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie (dalej "Spółka") niniejszym informuje, iż dokonuje zmiany terminu publikacji raportu rocznego skonsolidowanego za 2016 r. Zgodnie z raportem bieżącym EBI Spółki nr 01/2017 z dnia 3 stycznia 2017 r. pierwotny termin publikacji raportu rocznego za 2016 r. przypadał na dzień 30 maja 2017 r., w związku z powyższą zmianą, nowy termin publikacji raportu rocznego skonsolidowanego został ustalony na dzień 02 czerwca 2017 r. Podstawa prawna: § 6 ust. 14.2 pkt 1) Załącznika nr 3 do Regulaminu ASO, Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu "Informacje bieżące i okresowe przekazywane w alternatywnym systemie obrotu na rynku NewConnect”. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Management Board of Aforti Holding S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter: “Company”) hereby informs that there has been a change of the date of the publication of consolidated report for 2016. According to the current Company’s report at electronic database number 1/2017 of 3th January 2017, the original consolidated report for 2016 publication date was 30th May 2017, as a consequence of the present amendment, the new date of the separate annual report has been established i.e. 02nd June 2017.
