Sofia, Bulgaria, June 16, 2026 – According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on June 15, 2026 the Company sold 952 210 (nine hundred fifty-two thousand two hundred ten) treasury shares representing 0.18% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of EUR 1 809 199.00 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was EUR 1.90.
The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 7 430 290 representing 1.38% of the share capital of the Company.
