| Zarząd Vivid Games S.A. z siedzibą w Bydgoszczy (dalej jako:"Spółka", "Emitent"), w nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 7/2026 z dnia 30 marca 2026 roku, informuje o otrzymaniu w dniu 24 kwietnia 2026 roku od Yabai.games Sp. z o.o. z siedzibą w Warszawie (dalej jako: “Yabai.games”) oświadczenie o odstąpieniu od umowy o współpracy z dnia 30 marca 2026 roku dotyczącej przystosowania i wydania gry Eroblast: Waifu Daiting Sim na konsolach Sony Playstation i Microsoft Xbox. Yabai.games w ramach wstępnych prac uznalo, że gra jest zbyt trudna do przystosowania do ww. platform. Odstąpienie od umowy następuje ze skutkiem natychmiastowym, a żadnej ze stron nie przysługują jakiekolwiek świadczenia. | ||||||||||||

| The Management Board of Vivid Games S.A., with its registered office in Bydgoszcz (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”, “Issuer”), in reference to Current Report No. 7/2026 dated March 30, 2026, hereby announces that on April 24, 2026, it received from Yabai.games Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as: “Yabai.games”) a statement regarding the termination of the cooperation agreement dated March 30, 2026, concerning the adaptation and release of the game Eroblast: Waifu Daiting Sim on Sony PlayStation and Microsoft Xbox consoles. As part of its preliminary work, Yabai.games determined that the game is too difficult to adapt to the aforementioned platforms. The termination of the agreement takes effect immediately, and neither party is entitled to any compensation.
