| Zarząd Vivid Games S.A. z siedzibą w Bydgoszczy (dalej jako:"Spółka", "Emitent"), w nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 1/2026 z dnia 9 stycznia 2026 roku, dotyczącego terminów publikacji raportów okresowych w 2026 roku, informuje, że Zarząd Emitenta podjął decyzję o zmianie terminu publikacji raportu rocznego za rok 2025 z pierwotnie deklarowanego terminu publikacji, tj. z 28 kwietnia 2026 roku, na nowy termin publikacji, tj. na dzień 29 kwietnia 2026 roku. | ||||||||||||

| The Management Board of Vivid Games S.A., with its registered office in Bydgoszcz (hereinafter referred to as the “Company” or the “Issuer”), with reference to Current Report No. 1/2026 dated January 9, 2026, regarding the publication dates of periodic reports in 2026, hereby announces that the Issuer’s Management Board has decided to change the publication date of the annual report for 2025 from the originally declared date, i.e., April 28, 2026, to a new publication date, i.e., April 29, 2026.
