| MESSAGE (ENGLISH VERSION) | |||
| Ondrej Landa elected as new member of the Board of Directors At its meeting today, the Supervisory Board elected Ondrej Landa, Director of Legal Affairs at CEZ, as a new member of the Board of Directors of CEZ, a. s., effective April 1, 2026. The Supervisory Board also approved the resignation of Jan Kalina from the Board of Directors, with his term ending on March 31, 2026. Ondrej Landa is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at Masaryk University in Brno. Before joining CEZ, he worked as Deputy Minister for the Legal and State Property Section at the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic, where he oversaw matters including legislation, litigation, and contractual affairs, as well as the management of strategic companies under the Ministry s purview. From 2016 to 2022, he served as Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board of CEZ. In January 2022, he joined CEZ as Director of Legal Affairs. | |||
