| Zarząd Ryvu Therapeutics S.A. z siedzibą w Krakowie („Ryvu”, „Spółka”) informuje, że w dniu 15 marca 2026 r. Ryvu oraz BioNTech SE z siedzibą w Moguncji, Niemcy („BioNTech”) zawarły Aneks nr 1 do umowy o współpracy badawczej oraz wyłącznej licencji z dnia 29 listopada 2022 r. („Umowa Licencyjna”). Informacja o zawarciu Umowy Licencyjnej została przekazana przez Spółkę w raporcie bieżącym nr 26/2022 z dnia 30 listopada 2022 r. Na mocy Aneksu strony uzgodniły, między innymi, przedłużenie okresu trwania współpracy badawczej prowadzonej na podstawie Umowy Licencyjnej o dodatkowy okres jednego roku, tj. do dnia 29 listopada 2028 r. Pozostałe kluczowe postanowienia Umowy Licencyjnej, w tym warunki ekonomiczne współpracy oraz warunki finansowania przez BioNTech wszystkich działań związanych z odkrywaniem, badaniami i rozwojem prowadzonych w jej ramach, pozostają bez zmian. | ||||||||||||

| Extension of the Research Collaboration Option and Exclusive License Agreement with BioNTech SE The Management Board of Ryvu Therapeutics S.A., with its registered office in Kraków, Poland (“Ryvu”, the “Company”), informs that on March 15th, 2026 Ryvu and BioNTech SE, with its registered office in Mainz, Germany (“BioNTech”), have entered into Amendment No. 1 to the research collaboration option and exclusive license agreement dated November 29, 2022 (“License Agreement”). The conclusion of the License Agreement was disclosed by the Company in its Current Report No. 26/2022 dated November 30, 2022. Under the Amendment, the parties agreed, among others, to extend the term of the research collaboration conducted under the License Agreement by an additional period of one year i.e. until November 29, 2028. The remaining key terms of the License Agreement, including the economic terms of the collaboration and the funding by BioNTech of discovery, research and development activities thereunder, remain unchanged.
