| Zarząd Spółki Vivid Games S.A. (dalej jako: „Spółka”, „Emitent”), informuje o podjęciu przez Emitenta w dniu 4 marca 2026 decyzji o utworzeniu na dzień 31 grudnia 2025 odpisu aktualizującego dotyczącego pracy rozwojowej – gry rUndead w kwocie 982 274,53 PLN ogółem. Odpis w koszty wynika z przeprowadzonej na dzień 31 grudnia 2025 analizy w zakresie posiadanych przez Spółkę wartości niematerialnych w toku produkcji. Odpis następuje z powodu rozpoznania istotnego ryzyka, że gra rUndead nie przyniesie spodziewanych korzyści finansowych. Jednocześnie Spółka informuje, że odpis ma charakter jednorazowy oraz niepieniężny. Nie ma wpływu na stan środków pieniężnych, płynność finansową Spółki lub możliwość realizacji celów strategicznych. Ostateczna kwota odpisu i wartość wyniku netto zostaną zaprezentowana w sprawozdaniu finansowym Spółki za 2025 rok. | ||||||||||||

| The Management Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter referred to as: “the Company,” “Issuer”) hereby announces that on March 4, 2026, the Issuer decided to create a write-off as at December 31, 2025, related to development work on the game rUndead, in the total amount of PLN 982,274.53. The write-off is based on an analysis of the Company's intangible assets in progress as at December 31, 2025. The write-off is due to the recognition of a significant risk that the rUndead game will not bring the expected financial benefits. At the same time, the Company informs that the write-off is one-off and non-monetary. It has no impact on the Company's cash position, financial liquidity, or ability to achieve its strategic objectives. The final amount of the write-off and the net result will be presented in the Company's financial statements for 2025.
