Treść raportu:
Zarząd Agory S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie ("Spółka") informuje o zamiarze przekazywania w roku obrotowym 2026 raportów okresowych w następujących terminach:

I. Skonsolidowane raporty kwartalne:
- za pierwszy kwartał 2026 r. - 22 maja 2026 r.
- za trzeci kwartał 2026 r. - 19 listopada 2026 r.
II. Skonsolidowany raport za pierwsze półrocze 2026 r. - 13 sierpnia 2026 r.
III. Raport roczny i skonsolidowany raport roczny za 2025 r. - 20 marca 2026 r.

Jednocześnie Spółka informuje, że:
- na podstawie § 63 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 6 czerwca 2025 r. w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim ("Rozporządzenie") nie będzie publikowała jednostkowych raportów kwartalnych w związku z czym skonsolidowane raporty kwartalne będą zawierały kwartalną informację finansową;

- na podstawie § 63 ust. 3 Rozporządzenia nie będzie publikowała jednostkowego raportu półrocznego, w związku z czym w skonsolidowanym raporcie półrocznym będzie zamieszczone skrócone półroczne sprawozdanie finansowe wraz z raportem podmiotu uprawionego do badania sprawozdań oraz skróconą informacją dodatkową;

- na podstawie § 83 ust. 2 Rozporządzenia nie będzie publikowała skonsolidowanego raportu kwartalnego za czwarty kwartał 2025 r. oraz za drugi kwartał 2026 r.

Wszystkie raporty okresowe zostaną umieszczone na stronie internetowej Spółki www.agora.pl w zakładce Dla inwestorów/raporty okresowe.

Podstawa prawna: § 84 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 6 czerwca 2025 r. w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim.

MESSAGE (ENGLISH VERSION)

2/2026 Dates of publication of periodic reports in 2026

The Management Board of Agora S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw ("Company") announces the publication dates of Agora Group's periodic reports in the financial year 2026:

I. Consolidated quarterly reports:
- for the first quarter of 2026 – May 22, 2026,
- for the third quarter of 2026 – November 19, 2026

II. Interim consolidated report for the first half of 2026 – August 13, 2026,

III. Annual and consolidated annual report for 2025 – March 20, 2026.

Additionally, the Management Board announces that, pursuant to § 63 section 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 6 June 2025 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state (“Regulation”), the Company will not publish separate stand-alone quarterly reports. Therefore consolidated quarterly reports of the Agora Group will include condensed consolidated quarterly financial statement.

The Company will not publish a separate stand-alone interim report, pursuant to § 63 section 3 of the Regulation, either. The consolidated interim report shall include condensed interim report with the report and opinion of independent auditor and condensed additional information.

Moreover, the Management Board informs that the Company will not publish consolidated quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2025 and second quarter of 2026 pursuant to § 83 section 2 of the Regulation.

All periodic reports shall be published on Company’s website at www.agora.pl/en in the section Investor Relations/Financial Reports.

Legal basis: § 84 section 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 6 June 2025 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state.
