| Zarząd BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. („Bank”) informuje, że w dniu 2 stycznia 2026 r. Bank otrzymał rezygnację Pani Agnieszki Wolskiej z pełnienia funkcji wiceprezesa Zarządu Banku, odpowiedzialnego za Obszar Bankowości MŚP i Korporacyjnej, z dniem 2 stycznia 2026 r. Powodem rezygnacji Pani Agnieszki Wolskiej jest zakończenie etapu transformacji Obszaru Bankowości MŚP i Korporacyjnej, umożliwiające skuteczną realizację nowej strategii Banku i w konsekwencji zamiar podjęcia nowych wyzwań zawodowych poza strukturami BNP Paribas. Podstawa prawna §5 pkt 5 oraz §10 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 6 czerwca 2025 r. w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim (Dz. | Change in the composition of the Management Board of BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. current report no. 1/2026 date: 2 January 2026 The Management Board of BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. (the “Bank”) informs that on 2 January 2026 the Bank received the resignation of Ms Agnieszka Wolska from her function as a Vice-President of the Management Board of the Bank responsible for the SME and Corporate Banking Area effective as of 2 January 2026. The reason for Ms Agnieszka Wolska resignation is the completion of the transformation phase of the SME and Corporate Banking segment, enabling the effective implementation of the Bank's new strategy and, consequently, the intention to take on new professional challenges outside the BNP Paribas structure. Legal basis §5 point 5 and §10 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance dated June 6, 2025 on the current and periodic reports disclosed by the securities issuers and on equivalence of information disclosures required by law of non-EU member states (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 755). | |||
