Sofia, Bulgaria – According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on October 24, 2025 the Company sold 295 445 (two hundred ninety-five thousand four hundred and forty-five) treasury shares representing 0.05% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of BGN 786 937.55 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was BGN 2.66.
