Sofia, Bulgaria – According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on October 22, 2025 the Company sold 6 866 (six thousand eight hundred and sixty-six) treasury shares representing 0.001% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of BGN 18 582.20 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was BGN 2.71.
The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 19 694 145 representing 3.65% of the share capital of the Company.
