| W nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 10/2023 z dnia 17 czerwca 2023 r., Zarząd Globe Trade Centre S.A. („Spółka” lub „GTC”) niniejszym informuje, że po kompleksowej analizie podjęto decyzję o zaprzestaniu realizacji planowanych wcześniej transakcji mających na celu zakup przez GTC znacznego udziału w Ultima Capital S.A. Podstawa prawna: Art. 17 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) nr 596/2014 w sprawie nadużyć na rynku (rozporządzenie w sprawie nadużyć na rynku) oraz uchylające dyrektywę 2003/6/WE Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady i dyrektywy Komisji 2003/124/WE, 2003/125/WE i 2004/72/WE (informacje poufne). | ||||||||||||

| Discontinuation of pursuit of the potential acquisition of a significant stake in Ultima Capital S.A. In reference to the current report no. 10/2023 dated 17 June 2023, the Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. (the “Company” or “GTC”) hereby informs that upon comprehensive analysis, it has resolved to discontinue the pursuit of the previously contemplated transactions aimed at the acquisition by GTC of a significant part of the shares in Ultima Capital S.A. Legal basis: Art. 17 (1) of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) No. 596/2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC (inside information). | |||
