Contents of the report:
The Board of Directors of Industrial Milk Company S.A. informs that, following issuance of current report No. 10/2011 dated November 23, 2011, a Subsidiary of Industrial Milk Company S.A. purchased the control packets of shares in seven agricultural enterprises which had an aggregate land bank of 9 515 ha in Sumy region of Ukraine and grain storage capacity of 34 000 t. The value of the deal is USD 7 500 000. The farming land bank of Industrial Milk Company S.A. totals 57 200 hectares. The grain storage capacities of Industrial Milk Company S.A. total 211 000 t. Legal grounds: Art. 56.1.1 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on the public offering, conditions governing the introduction of financial instruments to organized trading system and on public companies.
