(the “Company”) informs that 1,240,000 new ordinary bearer shares of the Company without indication of a nominal value bearing code LU0327357389 (“Shares”), issued pursuant to the share capital increase of which the Company informed in the current report no 26/2017 dated 9 June 2017, were registered in the National Depository for Securities (Krajowy Depozyt Papierow Wartościowych, “NDS”) and admitted to trading on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (“WSE”) on 19 July 2017. The Shares were registered in the NDS pursuant to resolution no. 442/17 of the Management Board of the NDS dated 7 July 2017 and admitted to trading on the WSE pursuant to resolution no. 771/2017, the Management Board of the WSE dated 17 July 2017.
