| Zarząd Ryvu Therapeutics S.A. z siedzibą w Krakowie ("Spółka") informuje o wydaniu w dniu dzisiejszym, tj. 26 sierpnia 2020 r., uchwały Zarządu Giełdy Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A. ("GPW") nr 639/2020 w sprawie dopuszczenia i wprowadzenia do obrotu giełdowego na Głównym Rynku GPW akcji zwykłych na okaziciela serii I Spółki ("Akcje Serii I"), co nastąpi z dniem 31 sierpnia 2020 r., pod warunkiem dokonania przez Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. ("KDPW") w dniu 31 sierpnia 2002 r. rejestracji Akcji Serii I i oznaczenia ich kodem PLSELVT00013. Jednocześnie, w dniu 25 sierpnia 2020 r., KDPW wydał oświadczenie nr 773/2020 w przedmiocie zawarcia ze Spółką umowy o rejestrację Akcji Serii I oraz ich warunkowej rejestracji. Dodatkowo, na podstawie uchwały Zarządu GPW z dnia 26 sierpnia 2020 r. nr 638/2020, wyznaczony został na dzień 28 sierpnia 2020 r. dzień ostatniego notowania PDA Serii I, oznaczonych kodem PLSELVT00054. *** [English version] *** The Management Board of Ryvu Therapeutics SA with its registered office in Kraków ("Company") hereby announces that the Warsaw Stock Exchange ("WSE") by virtue of the Resolution no. 639/2020 decided to introduce series I bearer shares ("Series I Shares") to trading on the main market operated by the WSE on August 31, 2020, provided that Series I Shares are registered by the Polish National Depositary for Securities on August, 31 2020 and are assigned the code PLSELVT00013. The National Depository for Securities by virtue of its resolution no 773/2020 announced the conclusion of the agreement with the Company regarding the conditional registration of Series I Shares. Additionally, pursuant to the WSE Management Board resolution of August 26, 2020 no. 638/2020, August 28, 2020 was designated the last day of listing of the Rights to Series I Shares marked with code PLSELVT00054. | |
