| W nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 22/2020 (z dnia 13 lipca 2020 r.), nr 23/2020 (z dnia 15 lipca 2020 r.), nr 24/2020 (z dnia 22 lipca 2020 r.) oraz 25/2020 (z dnia 27 lipca 2020 r.), Zarząd Ryvu Therapeutics S.A. z siedzibą w Krakowie ("Spółka") informuje, że w dniu 28 lipca 2020 r. Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie ("GPW") na podstawie uchwały nr 553/2020 postanowiła wprowadzić z dniem 31 lipca 2020 r. do obrotu giełdowego na rynku podstawowym 2.384.245 praw do akcji zwykłych na okaziciela serii I Spółki ("PDA Serii I"), oznaczonych przez Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych kodem „PLSELVT00054”.
