| In order to clearly define the shareholding of Black Pearl S.A. and for the unification of information data after the redemption of 300,000 series G shares belonging to only one shareholder - Janusz Skopowski, the Management Board of Black Pearl S.A. ("Company", "Issuer") presents the list of shares held as at the date of publication of this announcement. Total number of 100% of shares: 2,453,380 (corresponding to the proportional number of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders) Including: - Janusz Skopowski holds: 1,905,260 shares (77.66% of the total number of shares and votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders), - Midorana Investment Ltd (a subsidiary of Janusz Skopowski) holds: 69,119 shares (2.82% of the total number of shares and votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders) - other shareholders (Free Float) hold: 479,001 shares (19.52% of the total number of shares and votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders).
