The Management Board of IPF Investments Polska Sp. z o. o. (IPF IP), hereby announces that on 13 July 2011 International Personal Finance plc (IPF plc), the sole shareholder of IPF IP and the guarantor of bonds issued by IPF IP and listed on the ASO BondSpot, made an announcement on the London Stock Exchange.

The aforementioned announcement contains information on the appointment of Mr. Tony Hales as non-executive director of Capital & Regional plc with effect from 1 August 2011. It is a routine announcement which the IPF plc is required to issue when one of its directors takes up a new directorship with another publicly quoted company.
