CSS announces fourth acquisition
Warsaw-based IT outsourcing company Computer Service Support has agreed to pay 1.3 million zloty for Qumak-Sekom Gdańsk, a regional computer company, strengthening its presence in north-central Poland and adding up to 14 million zloty to this year's sales. CSS, which is controlled by mutual and pension funds is looking at other potential targets in Poland and elsewhere in Central Europe, chief executive Andrzej Woźniakowski told PARKIET yesterday. Because of recent acquisitions CSS may not be paying dividends this year, Woźniakowski said.
