Anica IPO priced at 5.2 - 6 zloty a share
Anica Systems software house has announced preliminary pricing range for its IPO, set to begin later this month. Lublin-based IT company says it plans to sell 4.5 million shares at between 5.2 and 6 zloty each giving new shareholders 70 percent stake in the firm if the offering is successful.

MCI makes another investment
Venture capital fund MCI Management said yesterday it will invest up to 2.5 million zloty buying a minority stake in a Warsaw firm called Comtica, a niche Internet company that designs corporate portals and interactive TV applications. The fund said it plans to buy some of Comtica?s shares from Nova Communications Group, the owner of 4Fun.TV broadcaster.
