| Zarząd CI Games SE z siedzibą w Warszawie ("Spółka"), w nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego numer 23/2026 z dnia 2 czerwca 2026 roku, informuje, że w dniu 10 czerwca 2026 r. powziął informację o wydaniu w dniu 3 czerwca 2026 roku przez Zarząd Giełdy Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A. uchwały numer 795/2026 w sprawie dopuszczenia i wprowadzenia do obrotu giełdowego na rynku równoległym 28.000.000 (dwadzieścia osiem milionów) akcji zwykłych na okaziciela serii M z dniem 11 czerwca 2026 r. („Uchwała”, „Akcje”). Zgodnie z Uchwałą wprowadzenie Akcji do obrotu nastąpi pod warunkiem dokonania przez Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. w dniu 11 czerwca 2026 r. rejestracji Akcji i oznaczenia ich kodem „PLCTINT00018”. | ||||||||||||

| Current report number: 24/2026 Date of preparation: 10 June 2026 Subject: Admission and introduction of series M shares to trading Legal basis: Article 56 section 1 item 2 of the Act on Public Offering – current and periodic information The Management Board of CI Games SE with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company”), with reference to current report No. 23/2026 dated 2 June 2026, hereby announces that on 10 June 2026 it became aware that, on 3 June 2026, the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange adopted Resolution No. 795/2026 regarding the admission and introduction to exchange trading on the parallel market of 28,000,000 (twenty-eight million) series M ordinary bearer shares as of 11 June 2026 (the “Resolution”, the “Shares”). Pursuant to the Resolution, the introduction of the Shares to trading is conditional upon the registration of the Shares by the Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. on 11 June 2026 and the assignment to the Shares of the ISIN code PLCTINT00018.
