| Zarząd Selvita S.A. z siedzibą w Krakowie („Spółka”) niniejszym informuje, że w dniu 30 kwietnia 2026 roku otrzymał zawiadomienie sporządzone na podstawie art. 69 ust. 1 pkt 2) oraz art. 87 ust. 1 pkt 2 lit. a) ustawy z dnia 29 lipca 2005 roku o ofercie publicznej i warunkach wprowadzania instrumentów finansowych do zorganizowanego systemu obrotu oraz o spółkach publicznych, od Towarzystwa Funduszy Inwestycyjnych Allianz Polska S.A., działającego w imieniu i na rzecz funduszy: Allianz Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty, Allianz Inwestycje Specjalistyczny Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty, Bezpieczna Jesień Specjalistyczny Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty oraz Allianz Plan Emerytalny Specjalistyczny Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty („Fundusze”). W wyniku transakcji opisanej w przedmiotowym zawiadomieniu, tj. sprzedaży akcji Spółki przez Fundusze przeprowadzonej w dniu 22 kwietnia 2026 roku (data rozliczenia: 24 kwietnia 2026 roku), łączny udział Funduszy w ogólnej liczbie głosów na Walnym Zgromadzeniu Spółki spadł poniżej progu 5% i wynosi obecnie 4,81%. Treść zawiadomienia stanowi załącznik do niniejszego raportu. | |||||||||||

| Receipt of a Notification under Article 69 of the Act on Public Offering The Management Board of Selvita S.A., with its registered office in Kraków (the “Company”), hereby informs that on April 30, 2026, it received a notification prepared pursuant to Article 69(1)(2) and Article 87(1)(2)(a) of the Act of July 29, 2005 on Public Offering, the Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to an Organized Trading System and on Public Companies, from Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych Allianz Polska S.A., acting in the name of and on behalf of the funds: Allianz Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty, Allianz Inwestycje Specjalistyczny Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty, Bezpieczna Jesień Specjalistyczny Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty, and Allianz Plan Emerytalny Specjalistyczny Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty (the “Funds”). As a result of the transaction described in this notification, i.e. the sale of the Company’s shares by the Funds carried out on April 22, 2026 (settlement date: April 24, 2026), the Funds’ total share in the overall number of voting rights at the Company’s General Meeting fell below the 5% threshold and currently amounts to 4.81%.
