| Zarząd Globe Trade Centre S.A. („Spółka”) informuje o zmianach terminów przekazywania do publicznej wiadomości raportów okresowych w 2026 roku: I. Raportu rocznego i skonsolidowanego raportu rocznego za 2025 rok – z terminu pierwotnie wyznaczonego na 20 kwietnia 2026 roku, na dzień 30 kwietnia 2026 roku. II. Skonsolidowane raporty kwartalne: - za I kwartał 2026 roku – z terminu pierwotnie wyznaczonego na 25 maja 2026 roku, na dzień 1 czerwca 2026 roku. - za III kwartał 2026 roku – z terminu pierwotnie wyznaczonego na 23 listopada 2026 roku, na dzień 30 listopada 2026 roku. III. Skonsolidowany raport półroczny za I półrocze 2026 roku – z terminu pierwotnie wyznaczonego na 21 września 2026 roku, na dzień 28 sierpnia 2026 roku. Pierwotne terminy przekazywania powyższych raportów okresowych zostały podane do publicznej wiadomości raportem bieżącym nr 1/2026 z dnia 16 stycznia 2026 roku. Jednocześnie, zgodnie z Art. 63 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 6 czerwca 2025 roku w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim, Spółka podtrzymuje, że skonsolidowane raporty kwartalne Grupy GTC zawierają kwartalną informację finansową jednostki dominującej, a Spółka nie przekazuje odrębnych jednostkowych raportów kwartalnych. Podstawa prawna: Art. 84 ust. 2 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 6 czerwca 2025 roku w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim. | ||||||||||||

| Title: Change of reporting calendar in 2026 The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. (the “Company”) hereby announces the change in the publication dates of periodical reports in 2026: I. Annual report and consolidated annual report for 2025 – from the initially scheduled date of 20 April 2026 to 30 April 2026. II. Consolidated quarterly reports: - 1st quarter of 2026 – from the initially scheduled date of 25 May 2026 to 1 June 2026. - 3rd quarter of 2026 – from the initially scheduled date of 23 November 2026 to 30 November 2026. III. Consolidated semi-annual report for the 1st half of 2026 – from the initially scheduled date of 21 September 2026 to 28 August 2026. The initially scheduled publication dates of periodical reports above were announced in the current report No. 1/2026 dated 16 January 2026. Simultaneously, pursuant to Art 63 section 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 6 June 2025 on current and periodic information submitted by issuers of securities and on the conditions for recognizing as equivalent the information required under the laws of a non-member state of the European Union, Company reiterates that the consolidated quarterly reports of GTC Group contain the quarterly financial information of the parent entity, and the Company does not submit separate standalone quarterly reports.
