| Otrzymanie istotnego zlecenia / Receipt of a Significant Purchase Order Zarząd Selvita S.A. z siedzibą w Krakowie („Emitent”, „Spółka”), w nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 24/2025 z dnia 23 września 2025 roku, informuje, że w dniu 2 kwietnia 2026 roku Emitent otrzymał kolejne zamówienie („Zamówienie”) od firmy biofarmaceutycznej z siedzibą w Europie („Klient”) w ramach umowy zawartej w 2022 roku z Klientem. Zamówienie przedłuża współpracę z Klientem o kolejnych 11 miesięcy, tj. do 28 lutego 2027 roku w zakresie świadczenia usług obejmujących projektowanie i syntezę nowych związków chemicznych oraz ich ocenę w szerokim panelu testów in vitro, w celu scharakteryzowania ich aktywności biologicznej oraz właściwości ADME (Absorpcja, Dystrybucja, Metabolizm, Wydalanie; ang. Absorption, Distribution, Metabolism, Excretion), a także dostarczenia wysokiej jakości danych wspierających podejmowanie decyzji w dalszych etapach rozwoju projektu odkrywania leku Klienta. Wartość Zamówienia wynosi 1.325.370 EUR (tj. 5.682.391 PLN). Szacunkowa łączna wartość usług świadczonych na rzecz Klienta w całym 2026 roku, uwzględniając Zamówienie, wyniesie 2.311.755 EUR (tj. 9.911.421 PLN). Z uwagi na fakt, że wartość całej współpracy pomiędzy Klientem a Emitentem w 2026 oraz wynikająca z otrzymanego Zlecenia, przewyższa kwotę 2.000.000 EUR, a także strategiczny charakter kontynuowanej współpracy w obszarze zintegrowanego odkrywania leków, Zarząd Emitenta uznaje otrzymane Zamówienie za istotne. Przeliczenia walut w niniejszym raporcie dokonano według średniego kursu Narodowego Banku Polskiego z dnia 1 kwietnia 2026 roku, wynoszącego 1 EUR = 4,2874 PLN. | ||||||||||||

| Receipt of a Significant Purchase Order The Management Board of Selvita S.A., with its registered office in Kraków (the “Issuer”, the “Company”), with reference to current report No. 24/2025 dated September 23, 2025, announces that on April 2, 2026 the Issuer received another order (the “Order”) from a biopharmaceutical company headquartered in Europe (the “Client”), under an agreement concluded with the Client in 2022. The Order extends the cooperation with the Client for a further 11 months, i.e. until February 28, 2027, and covers the provision of services including the design and synthesis of new chemical compounds and their evaluation in a broad panel of in vitro tests, aimed at characterizing their biological activity and ADME properties (Absorption, Distribution, Metabolism, Excretion), as well as the delivery of high quality data supporting decision making in subsequent stages of the Client’s drug discovery project. The value of the Order amounts to EUR 1,325,370 (i.e. PLN 5,682,391). The estimated total value of services provided to the Client throughout 2026, taking into account the Order, will amount to EUR 2,311,755 (i.e. PLN 9,911,421). Due to the total value of cooperation between the Client and the Issuer in 2026 and resulting from the received Order exceeds EUR 2,000,000, as well as the strategic nature of the continued cooperation in the area of integrated drug discovery, the Issuer’s Management Board considers the received Order to be significant. The currency conversions in this report were made based on the average exchange rate of the National Bank of Poland as of April 1, 2026, amounting to EUR 1 = PLN 4.2874.
