| Zarząd Selvita S.A. z siedzibą w Krakowie („Selvita", „Spółka") przekazuje do publicznej wiadomości wstępne szacunkowe wyniki finansowe w zakresie przychodów oraz marżowości na poziomie EBITDA uzyskanych w I kwartale 2026 roku według stanu na 31 marca 2026 roku, wraz z danymi porównawczymi. Zarząd Spółki szacuje, że na dzień publikacji niniejszego raportu, poziom skonsolidowanych przychodów z działalności operacyjnej (tj.: przychody netto ze sprzedaży, przychody z tytułu dotacji i pozostałe przychody operacyjne) w I kwartale 2026 r. ukształtuje się w przedziale od 78 do 82 mln PLN wobec 91,3 mln PLN w I kwartale roku 2025 (mniej o ok 10% do 15% r/r) oraz 77,4 mln PLN w I kwartale roku 2024 (więcej o ok 1% do 6%). Rentowność EBITDA* ukształtuje się na poziomie od 13% do 16% wobec 16,3% w I kwartale roku 2025 oraz 15,1% w I kwartale roku 2024. Spółka informuje, że przedstawione dane są szacunkowe a ich obliczenia zostały dokonane według aktualnej wiedzy Zarządu Selvita S.A. Przedstawione dane finansowe mogą różnić się od ostatecznych wyników finansowych Grupy Kapitałowej Selvita S.A. za I kwartał 2026 roku. | Preliminary Estimated Selected Financial Data The Management Board of Selvita S.A., with its registered office in Kraków (“Selvita”, “Company”), hereby discloses to the public the preliminary estimated financial results regarding the level of revenues and EBIDTA margins for Q1 2026, as of March 31, 2026, together with comparative data. The Management Board estimates that, as of the date of publication of this report, the consolidated revenues from operating activities (i.e.: net sales revenues, grant revenues, and other operating income) for Q1 2026 will be in the range of PLN 78 to 82 million, compared to PLN 91.3 million in Q1 2025 (a decrease of approximately 10% to 15% year-on-year) and PLN 77.4 million in Q1 2024 (an increase of approximately 1% to 6%). EBITDA margin* is expected to range from 13% to 16%, compared to 16.3% PLN in Q1 2025 and 15.1% PLN in Q1 2024. The Company informs that the presented figures are estimates, and their calculation has been performed based on the current knowledge of the Management Board of Selvita S.A. The presented financial data may differ from the final financial results of Selvita S.A. Capital Group for Q1 2026.
