| Zarząd spółki Cl Games SE z siedzibą w Warszawie (”Spółka”) informuje, że w dniu 25 lutego 2026 r. Spółka zawarła umowę dotyczącą globalnej dystrybucji gry Lords of the Fallen II („LOTF II”) ze spółką Plaion GmbH z siedzibą w Höfen w Austrii („Plaion”, „Umowa”). Umowa obejmuje wprowadzanie LOTF II do sprzedaży na terytorium całego świata. Spółka pozostanie wydawcą gry, Plaion będzie wyłącznym dystrybutorem fizycznego wydania we wszystkich fizycznych kanałach sprzedaży detalicznej. Postanowienia Umowy nie odbiegają od warunków rynkowych dla tego typu umów. Zarząd Spółki uznał za zasadne zakwalifikowanie niniejszej informacji jako poufnej w rozumieniu przepisów art. 17 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia MAR. | ||||||||||||

| Current report number: 11/2026 Date: 26 February 2026 Legal basis: Article 17 (1) MAR – confidential information Subject: Conclusion of Manufacturing and Distribution agreement with Plaion GmbH The Management Board of Cl Games SE with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company“) informs that on 25 February 2026 the Company has entered into agreement for global distribution of the game “Lords of the Fallen II” (“LOTF II”) with Plaion GmbH with its registered office in Höfen, Austria (“Plaion”, “Agreement”). The Agreement covers the distribution of LOTF II worldwide. The Company remains as publisher of the game, Plaion will distribute physical editions across all physical retail channels. The provisions of the Agreement do not deviate from market conditions for this type of agreement. The Management Board of the Company considered it reasonable to classify this information as confidential within the meaning of Article 17(1) of the MAR Regulation.
