| Zarząd BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. („Bank”), w nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 4/2026 z 23 stycznia 2026 r., przekazuje do publicznej wiadomości wybrane niezaudytowane dane finansowe za IV kwartał 2025 r. Grupy Kapitałowej BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. Dane finansowe zawarte w załączonym do raportu bieżącego dokumencie są niezaudytowane i mają charakter wstępny. Ostateczne informacje finansowe zostaną przedstawione w Skonsolidowanym sprawozdaniu finansowym za rok zakończony dnia 31 grudnia 2025 r. oraz Raporcie Rocznym Banku za rok zakończony dnia 31 grudnia 2025 r., które zostaną opublikowane 5 marca 2026 r., zgodnie z raportem bieżącym nr 3/2026 z 9 stycznia 2026 r. Załączony dokument został przygotowany dla celów informacyjnych niezależnie od obowiązków Grupy Kapitałowej BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. w zakresie raportowania okresowego i nie zawiera wszystkich informacji i ujawnień wymaganych przez Międzynarodowy Standard Rachunkowości 34 „Śródroczna sprawozdawczość finansowa” lub wymaganych dla rocznego skonsolidowanego sprawozdania finansowego. Zasady rachunkowości przyjęte do wyceny aktywów i zobowiązań oraz ustalenia wyniku finansowego prezentowanych w załączonym dokumencie nie różnią się od zasad rachunkowości obowiązujących w 2025 r., które zostaną szczegółowo opisane w Skonsolidowanym sprawozdaniu finansowym Grupy Kapitałowej BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. za rok zakończony dnia 31 grudnia 2025 r. | Selected non-audited financial data of BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. Group for the fourth quarter of 2025 current report no. 5/2026 date: 11 February 2026 The Management Board of BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. (“Bank”), with reference to the current report no. 4/2026 dated 23 January 2026, hereby discloses to the public selected non-audited financial data of BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. Group for Q4 2025. The financial data contained in the document attached to the current report are non-audited and preliminary. The final financial information will be presented in the Consolidated Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2025 and the Bank's Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2025, which will be published on 5 March 2026 as stated in current report no. 3/2026 dated 9 January 2026. Attached document has been prepared for information purposes independently of the obligations of the BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. Group regarding periodic reporting and does not contain all the information and disclosures required by the International Accounting Standard 34 "Interim Financial Reporting" or required for the annual consolidated financial statements. The accounting standards adopted for the measurement of assets and liabilities and the determination of the financial result presented in attached document do not differ from the accounting standards in force in 2025, which will be described in detail in the Consolidated Financial Statements of the BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. Group for the year ended 31 December 2025.
