Zarząd Carbon Studio S.A. z siedzibą w Chorzowie (dalej: „Spółka”, „Emitent”) informuje, że w dniu 15 grudnia 2025 r. zawarł z Vivid Games S.A. z siedzibą w Bydgoszczy wstępne porozumienie dotyczące potencjalnej współpracy w zakresie przygotowania gry „Real Boxing VR: Road to Riyadh” (dalej: „Gra”).

W ciągu trzech tygodni od dnia podpisania porozumienia przeprowadzona zostanie weryfikacja techniczna mająca na celu ocenę zakresu oraz możliwości realizacji projektu. O ewentualnym zawarciu umowy produkcyjno-wydawniczej Emitent poinformuje w odrębnym raporcie ESPI.

Realizacja oraz dystrybucja Gry stanowi element rozwijanej strategii Emitenta oraz może mieć wpływ na osiągane przychody w kolejnych okresach sprawozdawczych.

Conclusion of a preliminary agreement on cooperation in the production and release of the game “Real Boxing VR: Road to Riyadh."


The Management Board of Carbon Studio S.A. (hereinafter: “the Company,” “Issuer”) announces that on December 15, 2025, it entered into a preliminary agreement with Vivid Games S.A., based in Bydgoszcz, regarding potential cooperation in the development of the game “Real Boxing VR: Road to Riyadh” (hereinafter: “Game”).

Within three weeks from the date of signing the agreement, a technical verification will be conducted to assess the scope and feasibility of the project. The Issuer will inform about any potential conclusion of a production and publishing agreement in a separate ESPI report.

The development and distribution of the Game constitute an element of the Company’s strategy and may affect its revenues in subsequent reporting periods.
