| Zarząd Energa SA („Emitent”) informuje, że w dniu 2 października br. powziął od spółki zależnej Energa Obrót SA („Spółka”) informację o dokonaniu oceny wpływu na wynik finansowy: i) zatwierdzonej 30 września br. przez Prezesa Urzędu Regulacji Energetyki ("Prezes URE") taryfy dla energii elektrycznej dla odbiorców grup taryfowych G na okres od 1 października 2025 r. do dnia 31 grudnia 2025 r. dla Spółki, ii) zmian w ustawie o środkach nadzwyczajnych mających na celu ograniczenie wysokości cen energii elektrycznej oraz wsparciu niektórych odbiorców w latach 2023–2025. Analizy przeprowadzone przez Spółkę wskazują na konieczność zawiązania rezerwy w wysokości około 87 mln zł ze względu na kontrakty rodzące obciążenia, która zostanie ujęta w koszcie własnym sprzedaży III kwartału br. Powyższe szacunki oparte są na dotychczas zakontraktowanym wolumenie i cenie energii elektrycznej w ramach taryfy G oraz na prognozach dotyczących przyszłej kontraktacji. | ||||||||||||

| Current report No. 42/2025 Date: 2 October 2025 Subject: Creation of a provision in connection with the approval by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office URE of the electricity tariff from 1 October 2025 to 31 December 2025 Legal basis: Article 17 (1) of MAR - inside information The Management Board of Energa SA (“Issuer”) informs that on 2 October 2025 it received information from its subsidiary, Energa Obrót S.A. ("Company"), regarding the assessment of the impact on the financial results of: i) the electricity tariff for customers in the G tariff group approved on 30 September 2025 by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office for the Company, for the period from 1 October 2025, to 31 December 2025; ii) amendments to the Act on Emergency Measures Aimed at Reducing Electricity Prices and Supporting Certain Customers in 2023–2025. Analyses conducted by the Company indicate the need to establish a provision of approximately PLN 87 million due to onerous contracts, which will be included in the cost of sales in the third quarter of this year. The above estimates are based on the volume and price of electricity contracted to date under the G tariff and on forecasts regarding future contracting. | |||
