| Zarząd Selvita S.A., z siedzibą w Krakowie („Emitent”) informuje, że w dniu 22 lipca 2025 roku podmiot zależny Emitenta - Selvita d.o.o. (“Spółka”), otrzymał trzy zlecenia na realizacje prac badawczych („Zlecenia”) od jednej z największych firm farmaceutycznych z siedzibą w Europie („Klient”). Zlecenia stanowią kontynuację wieloletniej współpracy, prowadzonej na podstawie ramowej umowy o świadczenie usług zawartej w lipcu 2015 roku. W ramach Zleceń Spółka zapewni kontynuację kompleksowego wsparcia naukowego w zakresie badań ADME/DMPK (ang. Absorption, Distribution, Metabolism, and Excretion/Pharmacokinetics, drug metabolism and pharmacokinetics) w tym usługi profilowania fizykochemicznego, usługi analityczne oraz badania in-vivo PK (ang. Pharmacokinetics) dla dużych i małych cząsteczek, które mają wspierać programy badawcze Klienta. Prace w ramach Zleceń będą wykonywane w laboratorium w Zagrzebiu i będą trwać do 31 grudnia 2025 roku. Wartość otrzymanych Zleceń wynosi 2.800.000 EUR (11.908.680 PLN przeliczone po średnim kursie Narodowego Banku Polskiego z dnia 22 lipca 2025 roku, 1 EUR = 4,2531 PLN). Biorąc pod uwagę wartość Zleceń oraz strategiczny charakter kontynuacji istotnej współpracy, Zarząd Emitenta uważa otrzymanie Zleceń za istotne dla realizacji długoterminowych planów Grupy Kapitałowej Selvita mających na celu zbudowanie silnej pozycji wiodącego dostawcy usług w obszarze wsparcia projektów odkrywania i rozwoju leków, jak również zwiększenia współpracy z dużymi firmami farmaceutycznymi. | ||||||||||||

| Receipt of a significant orders by a company affiliated with Selvita S.A. The Management Board of Selvita S.A., with its registered office in Kraków (the “Issuer”), hereby informs that on July 22, 2025, the Issuer’s subsidiary – Selvita d.o.o. (the “Company”) – received three orders for the performance of research work (the “Orders”) from one of the largest pharmaceutical companies based in Europe (the “Client”). The orders constitute a continuation of the long-term cooperation, based on a framework agreement for the provision of services concluded in July 2015. Under the orders, the Company will provide continued comprehensive scientific support in the field of ADME/DMPK research (Absorption, Distribution, Metabolism, and Excretion/Pharmacokinetics, ADME/PK, drug metabolism and pharmacokinetics), physicochemical profiling services, analytical services, and in-vivo PK (Pharmacokinetics) studies for large and small molecules to support the client's research programs. The work under these orders will be carried out at the laboratory in Zagreb and will last until December 31, 2025. The value of the received Orders amounts to EUR 2,800,000 (PLN 11,908,680, converted at the average exchange rate of the National Bank of Poland as of July 22, 2025, 1 EUR = 4.2531 PLN). Considering the value of the Orders and the strategic nature of the continued collaboration, the Management Board of the Issuer deems the received Orders to be significant for the execution of the Selvita Group’s long-term plans aimed at building a strong position as a leading provider of services in the area of drug discovery and development support, as well as enhancing cooperation with large pharmaceutical companies.
