Sofia, Bulgaria – According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on June 12, 2024 the Company sold 119 042 (one hundred nineteen thousand forty two) repurchased own shares representing 0.066% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of BGN 713 019,96 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was BGN 5,99.
The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 14 205 282 representing 7,93% of the share capital of the Company.
