| The Management Board of the Company informs that with respect to the transfer of 2,300,110 Photon Energy N.V. shares to Tomala Investments ASI Sp. z o.o. related to the acquisition of Lerta S.A. described in the ESPI 61/2022, the Company decreased its direct share in the capital of Photon Energy N.V. from 6.04% to 2.20% on 29 December 2022. Prior to the conclusion of the abovementioned transactions, Photon Energy NV held 3,621,313 shares in the Company, accounting for 6.04% of the Company’s share capital and for 0% of the total voting rights. As of today, Photon Energy N.V. holds 1,321,203 shares, which account for 2.20% of the Company’s share capital and for 0% of the total voting rights. | |||||||||||
