| The Management Board of the Company informs that with respect to the purchase of 9,444 Photon Energy N.V. shares, the Company increased its direct share in the capital of Photon Energy N.V. from 6.16% to 6.18% on 22 June 2022. The total amount of the notified transactions is PLN 87,194 (EUR 18,564) and is detailed below: - 371 Photon Energy N.V. shares at a price of PLN 10.30 per share. - 757 Photon Energy N.V. shares at a price of PLN 10.40 per share. - 72 Photon Energy N.V. shares at a price of PLN 10.45 per share. - 3,000 Photon Energy N.V. shares at a price of PLN 10.55 per share. - 1,666 Photon Energy N.V. shares at a price of PLN 10.56 per share. - 1,948 Photon Energy N.V. shares at a price of PLN 10.60 per share. - 834 Photon Energy N.V. shares at a price of PLN 10.61 per share. - 796 Photon Energy N.V. shares at a price of PLN 10.62 per share. Prior to the conclusion of the abovementioned transactions, Photon Energy NV held 3,698,814 shares in the Company, accounting for 6.16% of the Company’s share capital and for 0% of the total voting rights. As of today, Photon Energy N.V. holds 3,708,258 shares, which account for 6.18% of the Company’s share capital and for 0% of the total voting rights. | |
