| Kernel Holding SA informuje, że spółka Kernel Trade LLC (Kredytobiorca), jednostka zależna Kernel Holding SA, zawarła w dniu 30 września 2011 r. umowę kredytową na kwotę 100 milionów USD na okres pięciu lat z jednym z banków ukraińskich. Kredyt ten to wielowalutowy instrument finansowy w USD/AUH. Środki zostaną przeznaczone na refinansowanie istniejącego zadłużenia spółki UkrRos oraz finansowanie produkcji cukru.
