The Board of Directors of Milestone Medical Inc, (the "Company"), hereby informs that the entities named below were shareholders representing at least 5% of the number of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders held in New York, USA, on June 4, 2014 (the "Meeting"); -Milestone Scientific Inc.- the shares held in the Company vested in Milestone Scientific the right ot 10,000,000 votes at the Meeting, which accounted for 66.03% of the votes of the Shareholders present at the Meeting and for 45.45% of the total number of votes. -Zhu Yun- the shares held in the Company vested in Zhu Yun the right to 1,600,000 votes at the Meeting, which accounted for 10.57% of the votes of teh shareholders present at the Meeting and for 7.27%of the total number of votes -Wang Tao- the shares held in teh Company vested in Wang Tao the right to 1,600,000 votes at the Meeting, which accounted for 10.57%of the votes of thr shareholders present at the Meeting and for 7.27% of the total number of votes -Sun Xianghui- the shares held in the Company vested in Sun Xianghui the right to 800,000 votes at the Meeting, which accounted for 5.28% of the votes present at the Meeting and for 3.64% of the total number of votes.
